Step 1: Check if the primary battery cable is firmly plugged into the power port inside the storage compartment.

Step 2: Ensure the red safety reset switch next to the battery container is set to "ON".

Step 1: Make sure the frame is completely clear of any loose plastic wrapping or cardboard packaging.

Step 2: Pull the seat firmly backward/upward until you hear a distinct "click" sound, which indicates the locking bar is fully engaged.
